11 Days Everest Panorama Trek Overview

The panoramic trekking on Mount Everest is a less strenuous trek at the foot of the Everest region, which takes off from the tiny airstrip from Kathmandu to Lukla for 35 minutes. This trekking takes place along the Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m) that leads to Lukla and Namche Bazaar. This is a short trek where you can admire the highest snow-capped peaks in the world, including Mount Everest Trekking, Mount Lhotse, Mount Thamserku and Mount Amadablam. Visit a series of Sherpa villages surrounded by prayer flags waving and glistening snow peaks. The popular myth of “Shangri-La” seems too real.

This Everest Panorama trek is one of the short tea houses trekking holiday in the Everest region. It is also known as Tengboche trek, an introductory Everest hiking trip in Nepal. This trip into the Himalayan hiking leads you all the way half to the Everest base camp. Great views of stunning Himalayan peaks including the Mount Everest from a low elevation.

Everest Panorama trekking is an excellent introduction to Sherpa lifestyle, country culture and beautiful mountain views.  For first time hiker in Nepal, this is a popular destination.  This is Suitable for those who do not have enough time to travel long distances in the mountains and want to see Mount Everest.

Accommodation

We will stay in a three-star hotel, located in Kathmandu and the tea house during hiking. All accommodations are shared by two people. Single room will be available based on the additional charge. The Mountain Expedition Nepal will organize rooms with private bathrooms. However, tea houses in some places have only shared toilets. It’s easy to find individual rooms in Kathmandu and low trekking trails, but can be difficult to find at higher altitudes.

Meals

On our trek, we can enjoy authentic Nepalese cuisine and the most common international cuisine (Tibet, continent, Italy, India, etc.). Breakfast and dinner will be served at the tea house or the house menu, where we will spend the night and lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be served during the trek and at Kathmandu, only breakfast will be served. The hotel will also offer welcome and farewell dinner for the guest.

Is it possible for me?

Everest Panorama Trek is a moderate trek but it is suitable for passionate walkers who have the ability to walk at least 4-5 hours a day with a light rucksack.at least the trekker need to be prepared physically and mentally as you might even need to walk 8 to 9 hours each day. Walking in higher altitude is more physically demanding than walking in the lower altitudes; however, if we have good health with average physical fitness, positive attitude, self-confidence and strong determination, we can accomplish the trek successfully. It will be better to have exercised and jogging regularly before embark on the trek to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience is preferred but no technical skill is required. It is important that we consult with our doctor before booking this trek. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood disease should inform Himalayan Adventure Nepal before booking the trek.

After Boudhanath Stupa, we visit the Pashupatinath temple, the most famous Hindu temple in the country, on the banks of the Bagmati River. Here, we see the meditation of the Hindu saints (sadhus), the bathers bathe and occasionally the funeral crematorium burning in the Ghats. We will also visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a collection of Shikhara-style pagodas and temples, surrounded by fifty-five palaces of brick and wood windows. The attraction of Durbar Square in Bhaktapur is the Lion’s Gate, the Golden Gate, the Fifty-fifth Palace, the Art Gallery, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla. Note: We hold a pre-trip meeting after sightseeing in the Kathmandu office and introduce your guide / hiker leader. Take this opportunity to ask questions about your difficulties. We will also provide you with our canvas bags and long distance hats. For meetings, be sure to bring your passport, three passport photos and a legible copy of your travel insurance policy. It is a 35-minute scenic flight from Tanjung-Hillary Airport in Lukla (2804m). Upon arrival at the airport, the tour guide will introduce and introduce our porters, then we will start walking towards Phakding (2,610 meters). After landing, we have time to explore the village, and our Sherpa staff classifies and loads our walking equipment. Then we started walking to the Dudh Kosi River, where we joined the main trail, Namche Bazaar, on Chaunrikharka (2,713 m). Walking is easy. After a small village on Ghat (2,550 m), Phakding is a few steps away.

We continue walking along the banks of the Dudh Kosi and cross the majestic river several times on the exciting suspension bridge with prayer flags. After entering the Sagamartha National Park, the path climbs steeply towards the impressive landscape. Namche Bazaar (considered the gateway to Mount Everest) is home to many quality restaurants, hotels, hotels, shops, currency exchange services, cybercafés and bakeries. Namche is the largest city along Mount Everest.

We will spend a day in Namche Bazaar to adapt and adapt to the air. We will be on foot to the museum, which is known for its exhibits of traditional Sherpa practices. We will also take the Syangboche Airport and the Everest View Hotel, one of the best classified hotels in the world. From this point of view, we can see the beauty of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest.

Attack along the glacial waters of Dudh Kosi and enjoy spectacular views of the mountain. After reaching Tengboche, we will walk at an altitude of 3,860 meters. The monastery houses incredible wall hangings, 20-foot Buddha sculptures and Lama Instruments and robes. The group will observe the prayer ceremony at night or in the morning, depending on the progress of the excursion.

Following the same path, leaving behind the mountains, our decline took us from Tengboche (3,860 m) to the city of Namche Bazaar.

This is the last day of our hiking trip when we return to Lukla, where the trek started. We like this moment to reflect on the walk as a group and the personal achievements of all the participants. The afternoon is free, so you can hang out, relax and enjoy a hot shower! At night, you can enjoy some celebratory drinks and dance with your hiking partner.

On your flight back to Kathmandu as you leave Lukla, you can enjoy some last-minute glimpses of the mountains. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our airport representative will transfer you to your hotel from the airport.

This will be a spare day in Kathmandu after the tiring trekking program. You have the option to extend your trip. You can continue onto Chitwan jungle safari, rafting adventure, Kathmandu valley shopping tour, and scenic Everest flight, mountain biking and other activities. In the evening we will have a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances.

The trip concludes – our airport representative will drop you to Kathmandu’s Tribhuwan International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal. Breakfast included.
