Annapurna Circuit Trek – Trip Overview
Since its opening to foreign trekkers in 1977, Annapurna Circuit Trek has become one of the most spectacular hiking trails in the world, with lush green valleys and charming villages where you can enjoy the snowy snow of the Himalayas. Starting at less than 1,000 meters, it gives us the opportunity to explore the Himalayas from the bottom up and from different angles and perspectives. Also known as Round Annapurna Trek, this three-week trek begins in Syange, along the Marshyangdi River, and to the east is the beauty of Manaslu and Himal Chuli. This magnificent trekking trip takes you to the exquisite town, where you will find a great variety of people of different ethnic groups with spectacular views of the Himalayas. The northern part of the main Himalayas extends to the dry plateau of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the landscape is equally impressive.
The highest point of the Annapurna circuit trek is the passage of Thorong-La pass at the top of the valley, with a height of 5,416 meters. Due to the difficulty of passing through the channel, the circuit normally travels in an anti-clockwise direction. Driving in a clockwise direction, a long climb, and a shorter fall from west to east is too much for many people to handle in one day.
As we descended westward in Muktinath, we began to travel to the barren Tibetan village of Kali Gandaki, the deepest canyon in the world, between the vast Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. After crossing the Thorong La Pass from Manang to Muktinath, we go to Tatopani to visit the hot springs, then climb to Poon Hill and then descended to Pokhara.

Is this trip moderate for me?
This is a moderate trek suitable for passionate walkers who have the ability to walk at least 5-7 hours a day with a light day pack, if we are in excellent health with average physical fitness and have a positive attitude, self-confidence, and strong determination, we can accomplish this trek successfully and there is not any technical requirement for this trek. If you start to exercise and morning walk regularly for some weeks prior to the trip is a good idea to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience would be better but not mandatory. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood diseases to consult their doctor before taking the trip and inform Himalayan Adventure Nepal before booking this trip.
Best Time to Travel
Autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May) are the best time for hiking in the Annapurna region. The weather is fine, warm and beautiful. If you want to avoid the crowds and enjoy your time alone with nature, this winter trip (December, January, and February) is also an option. However, for most guests, the temperature in winter can be hard. Hiking during the summer or monsoon season (June to August) will be affected by rain, but summer hiking can be a blessing for interested botanists.

The promise of great guides through the beautiful places – Annapurna Circuit
Our trek of 23 days to Annapurna circuit with Mountain Expedition Nepal and the Himalayan made it the most exciting that we have never experienced. Since the time I made an agreement with MEN, I have been collecting innumerable fun because of its well-scheduled planning.
If you make your plan of hiking and other adventurous events with HAN, you must feel lucky to have a guide, who is always pleasant, funny, professional and have a commitment in his duty. As such, the practical guide of the Annapurna circuit offers an opportunity to have experiences of enjoying panoramic views, scenes during the course of our trip. My guide Jivan, characterized by a sense of humor and man of promise, benefitted me for having full enjoyment. He was very practical and sensitive when were coping with the problem of an altitude. He used to inform us calmly about the people and the region. Whenever we used to feel bored, he could be silly enough with his jokes to bring charm on our tired and fatigued faces. His honest effort, to make our journey as standard as every traveler wishes, is greatly appreciated. His ability to predict what is in our mind and what we are thinking made us surprising. When he felt that we are in the problem of something like laundry soap or maybe food, he did his best to have them.
Not only that, he remained loyal at his duty even when I needed his help in booking a hotel back in Kathmandu and organize other stuff. He would suggest things if I needed to carry out my plans. He not only did an amazing job of guide to make our trek more standard but also was even available while in Kathmandu.
If you are heading to Nepal for trekking or any other adventure, I would strongly recommend Mountain Expedition Nepal and Jivan as a particular guide.

ncredible experience
I did not ever have experienced such an impressive trek in collaboration with our trek guide, Kishor. The good management and guaranteed planning lured our attraction towards them. That is the reason why we must dedicate our valuable time to have wonderful landscape experiences without fear and doubt upon the whole trek team.
I feel a lack of words to explain its luminosity in the dictionary.
We are highly thankful to all Mountain Expedition Nepal Team.

My second trip to Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Mountain Expedition Nepal completed filling me an amazing experience. I completely enjoyed my trek with this company because of the incredibility of Sapkota. Kiran also remains equally thankful for his proper management to complete our trekking successfully. Accommodation is quite memorable for its grand hospitality and services. I felt secured to be with them during my trek. Their easy way of communication plays a vital role to understand their shared cultural norms and values. Along with incredible facilities, the area of our journey expanded when we met inspiring people on the way. Our trip became more special when we played volleyball with our inspiring guides and lovable porters. I imagine being with the same team and company in my next trip to Nepal
