Everest Trekking With Helicopter Tour – Trip Overview
What better way to see Mt Everest than in a helicopter ride? Everest Base Camp Heli Trek offers you a chance to trek in the famed Everest region but only for a few days in lower altitudes. This means the trek isn’t challenging and anyone can sign up for this. And the main twist or attraction of this trip is, a helicopter will pick you up from Namche Bazaar and take you to Everest over Khumbu Valley and Glacier, Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. The tiring long daily walks to Everest are replaced by a comfortable ride on a helicopter that offers you bird’s eye views of the Everest region and up-close view of the Himalayan giants.

Accommodation
We will stay in a three-star hotel, located in Kathmandu and the tea house during hiking. All accommodations are shared by two people. Single room will be available based on the additional charge. The Mountain Expedition Nepal will organize rooms with private bathrooms. However, tea houses in some places have only shared toilets. It’s easy to find individual rooms in Kathmandu and low trekking trails, but can be difficult to find at higher altitudes. We will try our best for your happiness and good health.
Meals
On our trek, we can enjoy authentic Nepalese cuisine and the most common international cuisine (Tibet, continent, Italy, India, etc.). Breakfast and dinner will be served at the tea house or the house menu, where we will spend the night and lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be served during the trek and at Kathmandu, only breakfast will be served. The hotel will also offer welcome and farewell dinner for guest.
Is it possible for me?
Everest Helicopter Tour is very luxury and comfortable as well as adventurous tour for those who are trying to explore Nepal within a short time. Here if you at prepared physically and mentally you can easily accomplish this treks you might even need to walk 8 to 9 hours each day. Walking in higher altitude is more physically demanding than walking in the lower altitudes; however, if we have good health with average physical fitness, positive attitude, self-confidence and strong determination, we can accomplish the trek successfully. It will be better to have exercised and jogging regularly before embark on the trek to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience is preferred but no technical skill is required. It is important that we consult with our doctor before booking this trek. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood disease should inform Mountain Expedition Nepal before booking the trek.

Darren Hadley –
I was traveling with a friend through India, Bhutan, and Nepal. Our “must do” in Nepal was to see Mt. Everest as we didn’t have enough time to do 14/15 days Everest Base Camp Trek. Then we choose to do as much as a shorter trip in Nepal. We found the option to have a freaking helicopter take us up into the Himalayas and we jumped at the opportunity, which is 9 days trip very fit for us as we have a short schedule in Nepal. The flight around the Himalayas seemed lame by helicopter. Granted it is not cheap, but after traveling for 5 months, that is still our best memory entire three different countries. We took off from Namche Bazaar, came up through the clouds and were speechless at the view of the snowcapped Himalayas. We then got a fantastic view of the big one Mt. Everest, with the classic wisp of clouds at its peak. After landing at a base camp closer view of the storied mountain along with some of the other massive mountains is not comparable with anything else what we had experience entire whole trip. For anyone who wants and doesn’t have enough time do this to share lifetime story. You won’t regret it.
