For Meals, all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) are provided during your trek. In Kathmandu, only breakfast is included, along with a special welcome and farewell dinner. The Round Annapurna Trek via Jomsom is a highly demanding trek, suitable for passionate walkers who can comfortably walk at least 5-6 hours a day with a light rucksack. Trekkers should be prepared both physically and mentally, as some days may require walking 8 to 9 hours. Trekking at higher altitudes is more physically demanding; however, with good health, average physical fitness, a positive attitude, self-confidence, and strong determination, this trek is achievable. We highly recommend starting a regular exercise and jogging regimen at least a month before embarking on the trek to enhance your strength and stability. While past hiking experience is preferred, no technical climbing skills are required. It is crucial to consult with your doctor before booking this trek. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., heart, lung, or blood disease) should inform Mountain Expedition Nepal prior to booking.
